When will my order be dispatched?

We aim to dispatch all orders within three working days. Please be aware that some orders may take longer, this will be stated in each product description if there is a wait time.

When are Pre-Ordered items dispatched?

As soon as these items are in stock they are dispatched the following day. Please check each item for release date.

Can I refund/exchange my item?

Yes, if for some reason you wish to refund/exchange your item you can within 14 days of receipt, providing labels are still attached. (Swimwear must have hygiene label in)
